ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are currently looking for an on-site Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Talent Team at Northreach to supply the delivery of the Talent Acquisition service to the clients who are fast growing biotech organisations. Talent Acquisition Consultant will be also responsible for development and implementation of sourcing and employer branding techniques.

 

The successful candidate will act as a main point to the hiring managers and HR/ corporate teams and will be in charge for delivery and coordination of the recruitment processes for all departments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high quality end to end recruitment in biotech/pharma industry and previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage and coordinate all recruitment activities for the clients

– To manage and deliver end to end recruitment for direct candidates

– Partner with hiring managers, HR and Talent Acquisition Lead and provide consultative and administrative support with all vacancies

– Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates

– Prepare and maintain excel spreadsheet to keep a track of the processes

– Liaise with hiring managers to understand each position’s expectations and provide them with regular updates on the recruitment and hiring processes

– Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

– Manage and maintain ATS system in line with GDPR regulations

– Prepare job descriptions and person specifications and advertise the vacancies through the available recruitment channels

– Screen and qualify direct candidates and referrals for the clients

– Manage direct candidates through a quality recruitment process from application to start

– To explore continuous improvement prospects and to implement appropriate strategies to ensure the smooth recruitment and hiring processes

– Support and lead on recruitment and HR projects that will improve the candidate journey

– Work with HR / Corporate teams to facilitate the successful onboarding of new starters

– Add professional advice and counsel in the development of Employee Value Propositions, improved employer branding and social media presence

– Attract the potential candidates using various platforms and build relationships with passive candidates

– Liaise with recruitment agencies and other recruitment partners

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Internal Recruiter, or similar role

– Previous experience working within niche roles or biotech/pharma industry is essential

– Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and evaluation

– Familiarity with job boards, resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Greenhouse would be highly beneficial)

– Experience interviewing candidates and organizing skills assessment centres

– Good understanding of employment law

– Practical experience working with MS Office tools and sharedrive
