About the Role:

Northreach have partnered with a brand new lender changing the lives of 1st time buyers, who are looking for Business Development Managers up and down the UK to grow their brand, increase their application level and ultimately help 1st time buyers get into their dream homes!

The Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organising and developing the intermediary panel
  • Utilise personal and professional network in order to grow a portfolio of mortgage intermediaries
  • Assist operations in the onboarding of new brokers and intermediaries
  • Present lenders products and criteria to brokers through video and face to face presentations
  • Maintain excellent working knowledge of the lending products and criteria
  • Attend broker meetings, roadshows and networking events where required

The Main Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success within the mortgages market
  • Experience building and managing mortgage business relationships to increase market share
  • An understanding of mortgage lending criteria and an ability to present mortgage enquiries in an effective manner to Underwriters
  • Confidence in presenting mortgage criteria
  • An understanding of wider market trends and regulatory guidelines
