RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE ROLE

ASSOCIATE RECRUITER

Coming in as an Associate Recruiter is the first step of becoming a Recruitment Consultant. This role requires no formal recruitment experience, and the expectations are focused on your attitude and willingness to learn the job! You will work closely with a senior member of the Northreach team that will support and guide you through your training programme.

  • Understanding how recruitment works
  • Speaking with and meeting candidates to qualify and understand their needs and wants
  • Presenting candidates to senior member of Northreach for shortlisting with clients
  • Obtaining Synopsis, booking interviews, taking feedback from candidates
  • Working with a senior member of Northreach to negotiate offers and start details
  • Writing adverts on job boards / Social Media / Website
  • Recording videos and advertising roles on the internet
  • Obtaining manager names / leads / recommendations for business development opportunities
  • Demonstrate a level of understand of the business and how recruitment works
  • Developing an understanding of the market and market intel to share with candidates and clients
  • Preparing documentation for on-boarding of new starters
  • Being a great team player and doing what it takes to keep the business moving forward
